The price for Cleversticks purchased on our website is inclusive, there are no hidden charges.

Delivery

We will supply to any destination that the Post office will deliver to. This covers most of the world. In the UK we use 1st Class Post or Hermes.

Airmail (now called International Standard) is used for all export orders. The target delivery for 1st class post is next working day, the target delivery for Europe is 3 to 5 working days and the target delivery for the rest of the world is 5 to 7 working days.

The actual delivery can be dependent on the country and the maximum delivery may be different for each country. Details of International Standard can be found on the post office website.

We try to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Your order is confirmed by email at time of dispatch.

Hermes

For most orders we use Hermes 3 day Courier, Hermes confirms the tracking number to you by email when we generate the order manifest for your delivery, tracking starts when we deliver your order to a Hermes Pick up point.
